Dress Me Up in My Love: *Comfie*

Some of you may already know that I have an affinity for all things Japanese, especially their food, fashion and kawaii cultures. On the fashion front, one trend that I've seen a lot of lately is a style called "comfie" (yes, spelled with -ie, not -y). It's also sometimes called "relax mode". Prominent features of this style are: soft, comfy, baggy and loose with lots of layers. Beyond stating the obvious -- that it's a cute look -- I really like it because it's highly practical and if you take into account my extensive dog-walking activities, it's evident that this look fits my lifestyle quite well.
