Thrifted Art...
Is priceless. Last year, Domino Magazine featured Drew Barrymore's production company, Flower Films, in its April issue, which of course included a tour of *the office*. One of her partners, Nancy Junoven, had an office that was simply to die for and I immediately fell in love with her charming wall of thrifted art.
Above is my own set, collected over this past year. Minus the cute print from The Black Apple, all the thrifted art pieces cost under $20.00, and that's including the 32 x 26 inch framed floral painting that I bought from an awesome garage sale down the street three weeks ago. Though my wall definitely has space for growth, I'm quite happy with it.
Our town is going to have a massive flea market in about a month and you can bet that I'm going to keep my eyes peeled for a few more pieces.

All of our favorite art is either thrifted or from garage sales. I have some wonderful needlepoint pieces, and lot's of great paintings. There's something about finding wonderful art that is being discarded - giving it new life.
YAY! You're back!! I love all those vintage prints, too. But did you do a manual blur on your face? Tsk-tsk!
@Danielle: Yes, girl -- manual blur -- to emphasize the background. :)
i have one of these walls too, i must get a pic up! i love this photo of you and your room.
Wonderful collection!! Such a great way to add a vintage vibe.
I love such small pieces in one wall. I went a house once and the folks there made use of all the old porcelain plates with art on it this way.
