Papayalicious

Papaya Art

I saw these cards by Papaya Art at Bookshop West Portal the other day and I bought three cards for no special reason -- a gratuitous purchase purely in celebration of pretty paper.

I found more cards on their website. I found these most charming:

And how about these fantastic 8.5 x 11 inch notepads? I suddenly feel inspired to write a long letter.

Alice by Crocs

I saw these Mary Janes today. I never thought of Crocs as stylish. That is, until I saw a stylish woman in her ruby Alice Crocs.

I wants it. Alice at 6pm.com → $20.13 (originally $41).

Post Secret

Post Secret

A friend commented on a Daily Mug entry the other day and she included a link to the above photo, from PostSecret.com, a blog where people anonymously share their illicit secrets. At work the following day, I saw an *arty* book on my boss's desk. Upon closer inspection, it was Post Secret: Extraordinary Confessions from Ordinary Lives. My boss was cool enough to lend it to me for a couple of days. Following are my Post Secret favorites:

So Long, Farewell

Pugly & So Long, Farewell

This is my last post. The time has come to move on to new projects.

I've had a lot of fun and met (virtually) a lot of great people. Many thanks to all of you who have visited PuglyFeet and many thanks to Dansko, Sanita Clogs, Asgi, J-41, Solestruck and Lipstick Queen for your generosity -- it was a pleasure to review all the samples you sent.

I'm leaving the site as is. Feel free to browse through the archives.

So long, farewell. :)

Hello Again

Pugly & Hello Again

Thank you for all your emails of support and encouragement. They were well appreciated.

I feel really silly. It's only been a few days, I know, but I missed blogging more than I thought I would. As I was walking the dogs this morning, some *new* ground patterns got me all excited and so here I am. I'm back. My schedule will work itself out... I hope! :)
