Patent Leather Red... Marcelle!

Behold. Dansko has finally returned Marcelle, in fire engine patent leather red, at that! I was browsing through Solestruck's new arrivals and was stunned at the sight of these gorgeous shoes. How timely, the old red Marcelles that I scored from eBay finally fell apart during one of our longer dog walks through the Presidio two weeks ago. Grin...

My order arrived from Solestruck.com yesterday. OMG OMG OMG. This is the cutest shoe ever. I was in class last night and I swear to you, I couldn't stop looking at my new shoes. Thank god I sat in the back. Read more about the patent Marcelles at Chez Shoes!

I didn't need to know about this tempting bit of info either, Chez Shoes. I was having a hard enough time choosing between Sienna MJ Keens and Jossiline. Choices!! It would all be easier if I just won the lottery.
But, I'm happy that we're all suffering together.
We are shoe sisters, Lisa. Freaky.... First of all, we both wear 39s. Second, I do the same thing as you do while shoe shopping, especially when there's no one else in the store to witness me grapple with my indecision. I wear the shoes around while pulling my pants up so that I can see the shoes better in the mirror. I then walk on carpet, then on a non-carpet surface if available. Then I go back to the carpet and then back to the mirror. Time seems to just pass until lo and behold, half an hour just passed!
Congratulations on your new Hickory Marcelles, Lisa. It's funny how the clerk tried on a pair. The patent leather red Marcelles are next on my list, too! =)
