I Was Told There'd Be Cake Nails

This is the result of my futile search for Baby Go Bye-Bye nail polish at multiple Target locations last week: experimentation and mismatched nail colors. Coincidentally, the colors match the cover of my latest read, I Was Told There'd Be Cake by Sloan Crosley (an enjoyable and fantastic read!).

Love the matching colors! So I ended up at three different Targets over the weekend. Two had the Nic's Sticks display, but only a sad smattering of really lame colors that nobody wanted. The third didn't have a space for them at all. This leads me to think this is a fairly new product, and rather than being sold out everywhere, it's just not in stock yet. Just a hunch.

That totally reminds me of the manicures I gave myself as a kid. Except those would have also included different colors for the nail tips. Hehe. Are there Fred Meyers in California? Because ours have an okay selection of nail polishes, too.
