See You on the Other Side
A boat, beneath a sunny sky
Lingering onward dreamily
In an evening of July --
Children three that nestle near,
Eager eye and willing ear
Pleased a simple tale to hear --
Long has paled that sunny sky:
Echoes fade and memories die:
Autumn frosts have slain July.
Still she haunts me, phantomwise
Alice moving under skies
Never seen by waking eyes.
Children yet, the tale to hear,
Eager eye and willing ear,
Lovingly shall nestle near.
In a Wonderland they lie,
Dreaming as the days go by,
Dreaming as the summers die:
Ever drifting down the stream --
Lingering in the golden gleam --
Life what is it but a dream?

ye poor thing!! over run with homework??
It's all good, really. I've got helpful and knowledgeable classmates and perhaps the most talented physics professor in the known universe. Lab final on Wed and lecture final next Friday. I'm going to use my time wisely between now and then. See you on the other side, Elaine. =)
I have no doubt you will sail smoothly through all that physics stuff: you have brilliantly patterned tights to guide you!
:)
First snow of the year (finally) here in Boston. Reminds me I need to weatherproof my shoes. :)
Ooooo, all the accoutrements of the smartly educated! I love it!
Wishing you the best on your final. Love the shoes.
Thanks for the well-wishes, everyone! :D
BTW, Captcha says: "unpaid groom" Haha.
That looks...just ghastly!
You just get arsier and arsier all the time! I LOVE IT.
