They're not cushy, but they are comfy. They are perhaps my most comfortable shoe yet. Note that though they are closed-back clogs, your heel is supposed to lift independently of the shoe when you walk.
The shoes are by Dansko and called "Professional Stapled Patent Clog". You can find them at Nordstrom, Zappos, and other online stores. They are seasonal, so if you really like them, check them out soon. Oh, they're also available in a nice shade of blood red (they call it Claret).

When I was a young lad, I was advise to keep a sharp eye out for such gleaming patent leather shoes... but the rumor turned out not to be true.
