Aww, you go them, too :) I already asked the authority on Marcelles (chezshoes) if these are more awesome than the red latigo--what's your take? I definitely *need* a patent pair, but I'm torn between the claret and the new grey.

I love them, Meg. I had a pair of Sanita Marcelles in black latigo. The soles were fine, but the inner seams bothered my feet a lot. Not so with the new Marcelles by Dansko -- the inseams don't hurt my feet a bit, so I can wear them without socks. And, I LOVE the deep red color that it's in! So, I sold my Marcelles by Sanita a couple of weeks ago.
